Election in United States show that this country accustomed to massive responses; great differences between victories and defeats; in contrast with race tracks, victories are not obtained "for a head", its electoral system was not updated, the electoral act was not fully automated, and therefore the lack of mechanical capacity to completely register, as established by law, the will of the people, when difference between competitors is minimum. Electoral result is not guaranteed, which is the base of its pyramid, its destiny.
A country with commanders who are able to launch a rocket from hundred of kilometers away, and not only get the target but direct it and introduce it through a window; or localize a man from thousand of meters of height; move a robot in Mars and implement an invisible shield against intercontinental missiles, is still using the basic XIX century driller, which is used by every voter to pronounce their will; center punches that sometimes punch and leave the paper portions, which means the machine cannot read that vote: it is understood that since there is no punch this vote is not registered. This tie
comes with a consideration. Only one vote, only one man may decide everybody's
destiny. This is the main lesson. And the world is eager to know the truth,
only the truth and nothing but the truth, and discover what party is the owner
of that only vote, or the very few hundreds of votes, which will decide this
democratic celebration. Only by manual count the truth will be disclosed and
the democratic regime discredit will be avoid.

AUTONOMY MEANS UNITY,
NATIONALISM, GENEROSITY

Autonomy is a right. Therefore: Ist A province shall not be forced to accept the autonomous regime and, if there are some provinces executing such right and other which prefer not to, therefore there will be two government systems that may live together. 2 nd two or more provinces should not be forced to associate either vertically or horizontally, and avoid reality, those who draw horizontal regions (including a province from each region. littoral, highlands, and orient) to force their inhabitants to an association, National unity may and should be made based on respect and affect to every region identity, and autonomous districts or regions must have, at the very beginning, though not necessarily, provinces of the same region. 3' Being a right, the country should not be forced to accept this autonomous regime even if the most of the provinces have already accepted this system-
Autonomy should be accepted as a regional concept. The autonomy idea requests of enough territorial body, and, in general, a province is not enough. Autonomy will work out efficiently in a region, in a group of provinces. Therefore. let me bring about some unmentioned concepts that may have ^created confusion and would eventually diminish the autonomy ideal. The Law: A) Another territorial division should be created, the "Region" thus Ecuador is divided into Regions, Provinces, Cities, and Villages, 2) Establish that he association of surrounding provinces will form the "Region". Territorial union of the region is of utter importance and association of no surrounding provinces will not be allowed under any circumstance. C) Region should have correspondent judicial entity; in other words a new judicial entity shou(d be created. Therefore, within Ecuadorian territory will live altogether, each with its correspondent territorial unity: the following judicial entities: Regional Council, Provincial Council, City Council and Village Council. It will be unsuitable to say that the province is a judicial entity, in both regimes: central and autonomous, since the province is just an administrative measurement (a drawing). as the kilo is a unit of weight. Autonomy, which is a right, must be granted to a person. It cannot be assigned to a territory, to a province. Then, the Regional Council, District or Entity will rule over the autonomous Region, taking out of their territories the Provincial Councils corresponded to the provinces associated in the Region., and the Provincial Council will keep on ru5rig over the Province which decided not to join to the autonomy. D) The Region, and its autonomous regime, is exceptional, A province, a set of associated provinces, to form that Region should have. at least, one million inhabitants (or another significant amount to be assigned). Therefore, rnost of the provinces, on their own, may not join to the autonomy, and only because of the association related reason, could accumulate the minimum required amount of inhabitants- This requirement has continuously been omitted and this omission has created such confusion among people and may, same as insulting attitudes, decide the lost of the autonomy ideal in the referendum
The autonomous Region is a unitary, national, generous, concept and the Littoral, Highland and Orient Regions will all be benefit from it. Guayas should associate. first of all, at least, with Los Rios and EI Oro. Moreover, is a formula that will decide on a solution for the racial problem at assigning a Region to the Indian people.

There are some premonitory names, which proclaim or foresee,
which are also signs of things to come. Sometimes the foreseen fact happened
in the opposite sense, for instance, when a man called Malo (evil in English)
turns to be such a nice person. The name Jerusalem is premonitory, What is
it? "Jerusalem, City of Palestine, outstanding due to its relation with the
most important scenarios of Jesus' life.... called, due to this fact, as the
City of God, Israel's people's religious and political center of other time...".
Its primitive name, according to Jewish tradition, was Saiem... tradition
confirmed by tables discovered in Tell Amarna, in Egypt, which states that
by 1400 BC, it was called U-ru-sa-lim, This name is also found in the Asirian
inscriptions -in the form of Ur-sa-li-im-mu (uru and ur stand for city, and

Jerusalem as a word goes altogether with another word Palestine, also a premonitory,

was called Jebus, by its inhabitants back then.." Later, its name was

An antecedent of this celebration es the anti-dug deal subscribed in Quito, signedthere as a relief because, due to their location, Ecuador is the inevitable and suffered guest of dozen of thousands of Colombian war refugees. In view of this deal Colombia and Peru were forced to deliver to the American goverment one thousand tons of all kind of purified drug every month, such amount may be increased after the drug addict census is completed in USA hunts in charge of searching urban drawers instead of foreign luggage will be assigned to this census. The drug will be freely distributed, by the way of a prescription, every drug addict. How lang have drug dealers cynically celebrated our chase, because our tenacity allowed them to charge and extort more to the captive market of millions of those sick people, who will enjoy a secure relief from now on. As long as there is a price on the drug, there would be farmers. No matter if complete jungles were destroyed by the way of polluting them, because others would be sowed over there. At the very same time, all kind of drug-related offenders have been eliminated.
The Colombian ambassador said that "drug transformation from good to a free object will relief not only to the million-, of drug-addicts in the world but allow survival of drug-producer Republics which were about to be destroyed by the misconception that put a price to such a vile and mortal powder, so peace returned to the dozen of millions of healthy and hard-working inhabitants who have been arbitrary and unfairly joined to the destiny of those millions of sick people. Millions of workers who shall answer only for their acts were deprived of and taken out of their lands as recognition to a minority of sick foreigners. "The further science goes, the worse for the environment", I am not against science, but it is not possible that God has no work to do", according to Steve Jenkins, of England's church, at the moment of the annoucement that the human genetic code has been almost completely figured out. Briefly, DNA is a giant molecule, main part of the nucleus of each of our cells, which contain the genetic information of all of us, DNA is split in structures called chromosomes, and man has 46, which hold approximately 100 thousands genes. Each gene has a mission, and jointly they decide the function and identity of our organism, from the color of our eyes to the diseases we might suffer. The Genetic Code is composed by 3,000 millions of chemical letters, awesome alphabet that helps to identify and locate the genes. A gene is each one of the particles disposed in a certain fixed order all along the chromosomes and which decide the appearance of the inherited characters, not only for plants but (a vegetable has almost 3O.OOO genes) in animals (I believe that, amongst animals, dogs, horses and dolphins have more genes than the -others. Also viruses and bacterium inherit through genes: those, their hateful characters).
This book's decodification or the way this map was figured out must represent a satisfaction for God that shall be bothered by inherited or incurable diseases, Now we can unveil certain deadly viruses and exclude them, and praise and foment the joyful, vital germs. Under the title "The mother of all battles", and the subtitle "Some people believe "war against drugs" is being fought i the wrong front", The New York Times published an article that the outstanding magazine Cash Internacional No. 19 of last October, introduces for our consideration.
Since drug dealing is one of the most severe problems faced by mankind nowadays, it is necessary to talk about it. Is there another way but "to try to stop drug on borderlines; persuasion and threatens against drug production countries; and imprisonment of thousands of Americans, with longer sentences every time?" I think there is, and I agree with "the almost unanimous advises of independent experts", "who say that education, treatment and prevention programs to cease the anxiety to do drugs are the most effective weapons".
In my book we should face drug dealing in the same way we do with liquors and tobacco. Why should we do it any different? And what did destroy United States Whiskey Barons? Well, the simple abolition of "Prohibitory Law", wich stated the consumption and dealing prohibition of alcoholic beverages from 1920 to 1933, that was derogated "after realizing about the lack of results in the fight against alcoholism, and because of the notorious moral misconduct represented by the organized smuggling nationwide, with undoubful branches in great sectors of public offices". Cocaine, heroin, and other drugs, have produced the same devastating effect, but to a world level. How long else should such an endless fight against drug dealers destroy a whole nation as Colombia? Haw far should a nation go before stop spending great amounts of money chasing hungry farmers and voracious sellers?
The opposite effect of prohibition is that the stronger it is the better for criminals since they get happier and richer, and greater crops are harvested. It is wrong to consider the consumer as a delinquent. This is just another sick person and should be able to buy his drug at the pharmacy, with the necessary medical prescription and sanitary record, confirming his drug addict condition; and be able to do it at a minimum price. The sick person, in a great deal, transform himself into a delinquent, and get other vices as well, to be able to obtain the high price necessary for his dose. In the face of a crime, a good formula to uncover yhe criminal is to wonder if, as cops, we are acting the way he wants and the way it is cnvenient for his purposes... And that is what we have been doing!. If they could present themselves, drug dealers would say haw delighted they are with the prohibition, since this allows prices to go higher and for them to become richer every time.

invested to stop the massive entrance of cocaine and heroine to USA. Other
US$750 millions have been assigned to operations to stop drug production..."
However, every year Asia and Latin America farmers have produced greater coca

of the messages against drug consumption". Briefly, Education is effective.
Information, for most of non-addict population; and care and treatment for
sick minorities should substitute repression. Drug addicts, same as alcoholics,
will not stop consuming themselves in their vice, unless they quit. Mankind,
nations, shall not be wretched by a minority of vicious people.
DOVE SEARCHING FOR QUERIES

Peace requires brave people, and that is a fact. People believe only war can make them. However, being the leader of a nation that keeps a war, not only territorial but a religious one, and, after so many decades of fighting, peace is just a part of a fair reward, the leader must face extreme sector's reaction, and his own life is at a greater risk when in frontof his own people than in the battle field. Therefore, no bigger truth than Arafat's words regarding to the agreement signed between Palestinians and Israelis: Peace requires brave people, and it is even more difficult to make it true.
Of course, according to the expressions of the Catholic Church, "we are aware of the actual and future matter"; "but we are also convinced that such subscription is the door to the path... that will bring the so awaited peace". The signing of Washington Treaty is not the only tool that helped to reach peace.
This is just the beginning of the road, the future must be faced with optimism since dark shadows and queries seem to be ahead.
Among the problems, besides the aforementioned reaction of terrorist Arab organizations that will attack either Israel or Palestine, there are two other man issues: a rich Israel and a poor Palestine is out of the question, in other words the actual situation. Western Hemisphere has already pronounced its support: the cost of a hospital and something else, though it is not enough. Against peace still considered as an objective, Palestine's frustration will conspire. As Israel admitted it, at demanding support for a joint development, those countries must be economically united. But they are in the same spot!
On the way to Washington, Arafat declared that someday Palestine flag will be in Jerusalem; and, once the news got to Rabin the answer was to forget about it; and in his speech he confirmed: "We have come from Jerusalem, eternal capital of the Jewish people". This is another of the matters because, at this point, both are wrong.
Jerusalem belongs to mankind. It belongs to no state but common ownership of three religions. Thus, no religion can have it as a privilege; no nation will have it as an exclusive. Catholic Church's position is not to recognize the Jewish State until Jerusalem's matter has a solution; and the Western Christian Hemisphere must support this position.
On the other hand, Israel National Congress can and shall confirm this agreement. Palestine cannot do such a thing since they are not organized as a State yet. A referendum confirming the agreement in order to disappoint the extremist is not possible, so they could realize that most of the people support it since part of this population had to run away to Siria, Egypt and Lebanon, and they cannot vote. This is a weak point for the cause of Peace.

I dare to state that they do deserve
the Indic and Antarctic sanctuaries, as a matter of fact not only because of their own
characteristics as huge creatures: an specie may be as long as 33 meters; a simple
inhalation renew almost 90 percent of their lungs contents (against 10-15% of other
mammals); they can hold their breath for an hour long; in every breath they take they move
about two thousand liters of air; some may even go as deep as 900 meters. I believe they
deserve it, we do have to preserve their specie, their outstanding details.
Since this a noble giant there are
no natural enemies of his or her own. Man is their enemy. The blue whale is the grates of
all: 33 meters and 130 thousand-kg. Greenland whale is ...
the whale, “an unusual animal, disproportionate in all its parts”, lack
of dorsal fin, with their enormous heads that represent a third of their monster-like
bodies. However, they are as adorable as the sociable and funny dolphins. They live in
herds, and we have seen, unfortunately, they even commit suicide in-groups. The best known
is the hump-backed whale, agile, waggish, singing. Generally, they all ”talk”.
Their sounds “ are merely not simple gathering expressions but rather an articulated
set compiled –which justifies the label of “song”. But the hump-backed
whale “offers a very interesting research field: Their singing is peculiar because
each individual modulates different variations over the typical main forms of the
specie”, ”individualism that constitutes not a simple sings” (Whales can
broadcast their singing 150-Km minimum as far).
Then, they are noble, singing
gigantic toothless creatures; and also their “supplier
“, the gush, visible from far away in the distance and common to all species.”
Their ability to fully empty their lungs in one or two respiratory movements produces a
sudden issue of their lungs contents (CO2 and water steam). In contact with air low
temperatures, the steam condenses in very little water drops” that forms the gush
which may go as high as nine meters. This gush makes them defenseless against man who due
to this matter can locate and exterminate them. Human ability to hide is not a
characteristic of the whales. Seems that each one carries a little white flag, and attack
them is like shooting a man with his arms up, or to the Red Cross.
Unbelievable, but each and everyone
is a toothless gigantic creature (They barely have some corneal thin layers in their
superior maxillary, supplied with filaments that hold the plankton. This is just another
of their charms. All in all, they feed themselves with microscopic organisms. Anybody can
assume they would eat a ton of sharks at once, but quite opposite. They are gigantic
toothless creatures that eat microscopic things (As if Atlas could be over satisfied with
some sea-seed). I am glad whales have exposed Jonas who affirmed he had spent three days
within a whale’s stomach. If he uttered falsehoods about the present. How did he dare
to foresee the future?
But the greatest of their issues,
being vastly disproportionate, they have helped women to be more beautiful. The small rods
of the corsets they used to embellish their bodies were made with whales bones.
No doubt at all, they do
deserve their sanctuaries.
Seeds of
Truth and Cruelty

Juan Pablo, in front of the
Communism's tombstone, has written as follows: "It had some seeds of
truth". His speech rather than sad has been the honorable farewell of an
enemy. It was such a better way to say that hell is paved with good intentions.
By recognizing the extreme comunist concern for poor people, the Pope reminded that
mankind has already paid an enormous price for those seeds: the degradation of many
other sectors of citizens' lives.
Indeed, Communism
performed a transitory positive historical function in a great deal of the planet.
Countries like Russia and China, as large as continents, that hold huge sectors of the
planet´s ´population, to whom tyrants, called either zhars or emperors or mandarins were
normal -since they never had a chance to experience another system-, just by the Communism
had they access to some formely unknown goods: for them, Communism was just another
dictatorship, perhaps the only benevolent one they knew, therefore welcome at first; being
the only one that gave shoes to them, though only a pair; dresses, though a uniform; room,
even if they were one onto another; safety, though only at war; and unexpected access to
the instruction and health care.
But the experiment
of this new way of living, even though its "seeds of truth" would fail because
keeping in mind the crowds it undermined the individual. At the same time the Pope
has reminded us that this system has devastated the human spirit, being the reason for
citizens´ personal responsabilities and initiatives.
The Pope, has also
condemned the "savage capitalism", and also has he declared that there are some
countries that are still as savage as if they were in the nineteenth century. This
capitalism was stained with a mortal sin inverted in its nature to the one suffered by
Communism. They considered the individual as an island, and recognizing his
outstanding function as the center of the universe, made a mistake undermining the crowds.
"Enjoying of
political and personal freedom, so proclaim by liberal Constitutions, the life of the
working class was a tough daily slavery, without any weekly rest at the beginning, in
order to make a living, and nothing but the living, through a labor routine that used to
last up until 18 hours, with a labor disposition that went from childhood up until
incapacitation -which did not deserve any bonus- or till death, no matter how old you get,
retirement was unknow, regardless the years of service or the age".
"...freedom to hire work, means the liberty to oppress the ones who need a salary to
survive".*
Thus, the Pope,
discharging a third way, has recognized that we should optimize the only efficient
one: "today´s different capitalism", different because many nations have
adopted "social security networks in defense of the workers." Good
fisherman, he expresses better when using the nets.

Defense of God

God shall be defended from his own
followers rather than from atheists.
That is the conclusion of this historical moment when excluding
economical conceptions - capitalism and comunism - have been substituted
as immediate promoters of war, due to the different religious
convictions. It would be for the best of the interest an immediate
disclosure and precision of coincidences among religions, and spread
them out, as a vital formula of contribution to peace. Popes of every
creed shall meet to have a dialogue. In opposition to that genetically
hostile economical thesis, some of those religions that stand by the no
violence creed, such as Christians, Buddhist and Hindus do, which do not
exclude each other and therefore there is still hope.
Yugoslavia’s suicide is an
example of my saying but there are some other
buttons in Mars’ war vest yet. Yugoslavia deserves a paragraph aside.
"God. Is he Serbian, Croatian or Muslim?" This country is in the
middle of a war between three religions, two Christians, Catholics and
Orthodox and the Mohammedanism. Yugoslavia is the racial and religious
frontier between Western and Eastern Hemispheres, the land of the
ancient oaths, of the historical revenges. It is the bleeding proof
that if atomic war may have been eradicated forever, the classic lead
war is still alive. The instant death of the atomic war has just been
substituted by the consecutive death of the machine gun.
We live with a wide range of
religions. It is such a paradox that the
ones who bravely developed the monotheism or belief in the existence of
one God, like Jesus, Mohammed, and Moses, have produced, considering
Mankind as an entity, an actual polutheistic world.
Two different Christian religions
live together in Ireland though
fighting each other. Roman Catholics wishes, through terror, to get
away from Protestants making bombs burst in London. Likewise, there are
extremist followers among Mohammed followers, integrationist or
fundamentalists who in order to take away the moderated government of
Cairo shoot against tourists, so the cannot enjoy from this economical
source. Twin Towers in New York have just suffered an attack with bombs
similar to the ones used in London; those maybe armed by a religious
racism complaining because Washington cannot understand the Muslim
world. India may be introduced by as federation of religions, therefore
Bombay’s bombs are not understood. This is the Tower of Babel. Here
languages have dug, behind religions, a second line of trenches:
besides Hindi and English other sixteen regional languages and a total
of 844 languages and dialects live all together. Here the Indian
believers of Shiva and Visnue started it all over again by setting fire
into a Muslim church. On the order side, the military Hebraism wants
for its own the three times religious Jerusalem and disrespect the UN
resolutions that cover to one of Mohammed’s tribes.
It is shocking to observe mad
armies, which have been formed by peace
loving religions. The wrath or IRA, which shakes the island of Ireland,
turns Buddhists and Hindus from peace into war lovers, just for another
island: Ceylon. Religious fights have produced hundreds of thousands
deaths. It can be said that each religion produced, besides its own
inferno, an additional inferno for the others.
In front of this lonely perspective,
false apostles raising is no
surprise at all, like David Koresh able to invent his own apocalypses
and set himself on fire with his sect, as it was done in Texas and this
time taking more than one of their own.
Indeed, it is not the atheists:
God must be defended from His own
believers.
